NHC brings together outstanding student leaders from around the globe to spend nine days at prestigious universities such as Johns Hopkins University, Loyola Marymount University, Emerson College & Georgetown University focusing on their academic pursuits.

Whatever a student's career path, strong leadership skills are essential. Success requires integrity, determination, effective communication and teamwork. Leaders must risk failure and embrace change. The Honors Convocation leadership curriculum focuses on how to develop their leadership skills and take action.
Students work in career-focused groups to: create and implement a business plan; prepare and present a criminal trial; make and present diagnostic patient determinations; or produce a short film project. Student's gain unique insight and experience into their prospective career by interacting with leading professionals in the program subject areas.
